LDAR Software with Shared Work Orders

The system’s PC (back-office) portion is for LDAR program managers. It lets them quickly set up months and even years of immediate and future LDAR work orders. From that point forward, they only need to assign them to their employees or their sub-contractors by selecting their names from a list. The system does the rest!

The mobile app only shows each user the work orders assigned to them. With a simple touch, the app then guides each of its users, step by step, through their respective workflow and only asks for information that is relevant to their current role (inspector, repair tech, etc.). These software capabilities enable timely and accurate communication between users to achieve compliance across the enterprise.

Our software will guide your leak detection and repair techs and help them automate the process of LDAR monitoring and maintaining all your critical records while in the field. Maintain comprehensive records about the data collected at your well sites & compressor stations, their gas leaks, and the record and status of repair attempts.

Once the system is in use, reporting (such as the required EPA report, outstanding leaks reports, DOR list reports, and many more) can be run at any time. They can even be scheduled to run and show up in your email automatically if you want! If you wish to have additional reports, the reporting system allows for any custom report you may need.

This is known as “proof-of-work” and “proof-of-presence” (which essentially means that worker tracking and secure audit data are fully automated!). Breadcrumbing and “Work crumbing” can also be visualized. Finally, the position of every user and every form type can be instantly filtered (de-cluttering of the view) to get the exact view you want.

It needs no other system to comprehensively complete its mission, from LDAR process control, automated work order distribution, and data collection, all the way to final reporting.
